The Global IDs Product Suite provides 10 core functional areas that are essential to data management.

Our aim is to

  1. Reduce Dependence on Manual Processes - Manual processes create multiple dependencies that are detrimental to managing complex data environments.
    • Human operators are less efficient than software, when it comes to systematic and repetitive data   management activities
    • Human operators are constrained by time and knowledge. Software can overcome some of these limitations.
  2. Create Dynamic Knowledge Environments for Data Management - Documentation of Manual processes, when they exist, are rarely suitable for knowledge transition.
    • When human operators are transitioned, their knowledge is dispersed.
    • Centralized knowledge environments for metadata, business rules and data services are essential for managing complex environments.
  3. Use Knowledge Workers to improve Business Processes - Human operators, with superior understanding of business contexts, can outperform software in creating business value. Software, on the other hand, should be utilized, whenever possible, for core data management operations.
    • Tasks can be automated by software, should be automated.
    • Human operators should be used to create business value from data usage.
